Good communication, upfront and honest with the process, support during the whole process was good. Everyone that assisted us were very thorough and helpful. Overall team was excellent!

Matt and Veronica saved the day on this one. We started this process back in August. From the start Matt was open and honest about everything and answered all the tough questions I had. He took on all the challenges and was successful. Once Veronica came on board in October she put everything in hyper speed and really made me feel appreciated and valued as a customer. Between the partnership of Matt and Veronica things got taken care of and I'm happy and appreciative of these two. Very professional and savvy at what they do.

What would have made this better was the original deal presented to us, ( that was not honored for reasons stated to us weren't good enough in our opinion ) was honored & upheld since we signed them & they were not drafts.
