Timing is everything…the layoff that occurred a few days from closing contributed to the week delay in closing. Last minute issues also contributed to the delay. Those issues may or may not have been avoided.

Overall process was good but had a couple issues with communication and processor being on same page with each other, sending duplicate requests and information not related to purchase and issue at last minute. But it was fixed and good afterwards
