Matt is great to work with. However processing for the company needs MAJOR improvements. Took aver 3 months to close on our refi due to no communication from processing and processor note work loan in to Kelly manner. Processors did not review file and complete documents on time to meet our closing date. Our closing was pushed back 3 different times.

Matt did a great job staying in touch and following up with us. However when our file was sent to processing there were major delays and no follow up. It took over 3 months to close due to processor not working our file. We do not feel like we got very good service from processing.
